New Features for 2009

Honorary Members

In our last annual meeting, members approved a new class of membership (honorary members) to recognize their distinctive accomplishments. We are happy to inform you that our first group of honorary members are Professors Greogory Chow (Professor emeritus at Princeton University), Cheng Hsiao (USC), and Bernard Yeung (dean, School of Business at the National University of Singapore). In accepting this membership, they also provided some much needed financial support for CEANA (close to 3000 dollars). This allows us to start new initiatives and projects. Our main initiative this year is a thesis award. Please pass the word along to your students and others who may be interested.
